Provide user level technical support for end users.

• Printer/ Fax support Backup system support, spyware removal and data recovery.

• Deploying new equipment.

• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware and software problems.

• Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades. etc

• Able to support Microsoft Outlook, Explorers, Windows and Mac platform, desktops, laptops, printers, network copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity etc.

• Should have hands on experience in PC hardware repairing especially in laptops.
