Job Purpose:  Support growth and stability of the organization by planning, implementing and review of Recruitment, Compensation, and Performance Management, Training and Development policies, programs and practices.   Job Duties: Develop, maintain and enhance the organization structure with clear reporting lines that supports the organization strategy and long term plans. Provide meaningful Job Descriptions for all employees. Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Implement an effective orientation program to assist new recruits to settle in their roles and reduce attrition rates. Develop and implement training programs to develop the skills of employees that are relevant for the organization. Develops a compensation strategy and plan based on salary surveys, industry insights and job evaluations. Continuous revisions to compensation structures based on market changes. Conduct periodic appraisal for employees in association with line managers; follow up of the actions that arise of such appraisals, including training, development and career progression. Conduct disciplinary proceedings where required. Coach Line Managers on matters of discipline to avoid breaches. Update and maintain all HR Policies and Employee Handbook. Manage the functions of the PRO; ensure all employees have the necessary work permits and applicable visa as stipulated by the relevant Government Departments. Maintain HRIS and Payroll System, Process monthly pay runs achieve on time payments. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Overlook the administration of Company Accommodations that may be provided to employees. Conduct Staff Welfare Activities Periodically to maintain staff morale. Manage the travel arrangement of staff on vacation. Ensure all employees are covered insurance as stipulated by law. Develop and maintain appropriate KPI’s related to the HR function. Lead and manage Administration Staff such as Receptionists, Drivers, Messengers, Office Assistants and Cleaning Staff. Point of contact for service providers such as cleaning, office supplies, travel agents, transport providers, event management. Responsible for the management of company premises.
Skills/ Qualifications Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills, with past experience in working in a multicultural environment. Experience in holding a similar position for at least three years in a GCC country, preferably in UAE. Up-to-date knowledge on Labour Laws of UAE and Visa Process.  Team player with a results oriented and continuous improvement mindset, with outstanding leadership skills and ability to operate with minimal oversight. Degree specializing in HR, Law or Industrial Relations.
