Required a Lady Receptionist for a leading Architectural Company -Responsible for the delivery of receptionist job at the front desk and administrative assistance for the Office -Attends to telephone calls and takes appropriate action - scheduling appointments -Attending to clients, guests and visitors - Schedules meetings, prepares minutes of meeting, monitors and takes action on Minutes of Meeting Action Plan. -Handles all administrative duties-coordinate with the Branch offices, ensures document movement efficiently, does administrative tasks assigned and any other assignment required by the Management.
