QA/QC Engineer

QA/QC Engineer, required for a reputed industrial refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA market GEA Grade Refrigeration LLC. Requirements: Bachelor degree in engineering or quality related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration or similar.  Applies knowledge to general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem solving skills. Preparing and Implementing Inspection Test Plan and Method Statements for various activities involved in the construction of Oil and Gas facilities, Petrochemical Plant as per project specification and relevant International Standards. Experience flow line/Pipe line Construction field facilities, inspection of welding, painting, and non-destructive testing methods of various materials like Carbon Steel, LTCS, Copper Nickel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, CRA, FBE Coated, Galvanized and other special materials in Petro Chemical Industries. Preparing PQR, WPS, WQT in compliance with ASME Sec. IX and client specifications. Inspecting surface preparation and blasting as per project specification. Monitoring of paint mixing and application methods. Visual inspection of Painted Surfaces Calculation of WFT, DFT, Dew Point and relative humidity Visual inspection of Visual inspection of paint mixing. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills with clarity for all to understand.
