Supports the Chairman to perform his responsibilities in an organized and timely fashion which is consistent with the operating practices of the business. Supports all employees as an executive Secretary whenever needed to carry on all administrative jobs related to business.
Suitable candidates should meet the following requirements; Works and reports directly to the Chairman, providing administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis with high discretion and confidentiality. Experience: • 3 to 5 years proven administrative assistant experience, with GCC experience. • Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel and related programs • Demonstrated experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing • Experience with diary and travel management • Experience with complex telephone systems, conference calling facilities and internal telephone transfers. Competencies (knowledge, skills and behaviors): • Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups • Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work • Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organization • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work • Possess a personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organization.
