Bachelors Degree with 4 – 8 years experience as Executive Secretary / Contract Administration Support /Secretary with reputed company, preferably with Oil and Gas related employers.
 
The candidate should have extensive experience background in Legal and Contract Administration
 
The candidate should be locally available and ready to attend the interview in person immediately.
 
Candidate who can join immediately is preferred.
 
The appointment will be initially for one year, which will be extended further depend on projects or within the departments of the main contractor.
 
Salary within the range of Dhs. 8 K – 10 K all inclusive depending on qualification and experience.

This example starts with a weak verb. “Went” doesn’t convey any positive information. This verb just indicates you did what was expected of you.
Hiring managers will be impressed if you show your proactiveness and back it up with quantifiable evidence.
Here’s the same example enhanced with resume action words:

The applicant opens with a much more targeted action verb. Unlike “went to,” “spearheaded” is decisive and suggests the candidate has leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a knack for planning.
