Requirements: At least 3 years' experience in catering operation and food preparation. Age between 30 to 50 . Good knowledge in north Indian food (Veg and Non Veg) and North Indian sweet. Food Hygiene Training certificate required. Knowledge Food storage including Fifo system. Team work required.
