The HR Admin Assistant will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Establishment and its' affiliates. The HR Admin Assistant reports to the HR Executive/Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating recruitment and hiring process, Assists with the recruitment process for full-time employee; and administrative, Professional and classified staff. This includes opening recruitments, placing ads, screening applications, arranging interviews, contacting applicants, maintaining all relevant documentation and correspondence, and properly archiving job files, Prepare and maintain Department key performance measures such as: Diversity, Turnover Analysis, and Recruitment Status reports, Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff employee classifications, Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records, Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public employees and departments, Preparing monthly reports, research and analyze data for special projects and policy development, Maintains official HR Policy Manual, Procedure Manual and Employee Handbooks, Creates and updates organizational charts, Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisal program, Coordinate and/or facilitate special projects as needed, Provide office management and clerical services to the HR Executive/Manager, Other duties as assigned.
