Accounts Assistant Russian speaking

Reporting to the Financial Director and to the Managing Director, you will be responsible to assist in the day to day accounting functions, providing confident, accurate and timely support to the Financial Director and employees of Air Charter Service.

* Raising sales invoices and posting purchase invoices
* Bank reconciliations, prepayments and accruals
* Arranging online payments, foreign currency payments and currency reconciliation
* Posting expenses, receipts and payments
* Calculating commission payments for the Charter Brokers

Work Timings: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, with 1 hour lunch break

*Fluency in both written and verbal Russian and English is essential
* Experience in setting up payments using Online banking
* Familiarity with running a Sales and Purchase Ledger
* Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
* An inquisitive nature with a high level of attention to detail
* A hard-working self-motivated team player
