A Pipe manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Manager (Arab National) preferably an Engineer with 8 to 10 years pipe sales experience.
• Performs sales activities on Key accounts and negotiate sales price and special offers in consultation with Management
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Deal with Infrastructure project consultants and Contractors to be ahead of competition to meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain close business relations with decision makers to increase market share.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Collaborates with Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
A university degree in Engineering with a Diploma in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Valid U.A.E driving License.
