• Minimum – Graduate with 4-6 years experience UAE Human Resources, or Administration-related area.
• Background with parts, accessories, and lubricants for automobiles, motorcycles, and power products is preferred.
• English Language, Clear Oral and Written Communication, Negotiation (Basic), Computers skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledgeable with Jafza policy.
• Active Listening, Management of Personnel Resources, Time Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Reading Comprehension, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Writing, Service Orientation, Problem Solving
• Knowledge of Human Resources (Employee Relations, Employee Engagement), Supplier Management
