They are looking for a HRBP for their client based in Dubai
You will be:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR guidance and insights
- Developing HR plans
- Overseeing day to day HR Operations Management
- Crafting the employer brand
The candidate must have experience working for either a marketing or advertising agency, and have at least four years experience in recruitment and people & culture initiatives.
