Responsibilities:
• Organize, compile, update records and documentation.
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
• Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled report•
• Carry out any another general administration and assistant duties.
• Order office supplies
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant•
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task•
• Attention to detail and problem solving•
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills •
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power point)
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
Experience: administrative assistant: 1 year (Required)
Should be available in UAE—immediate joining.
Compensation Package: AED 3500 - AED 4000 per month
Workdays: Monday – Friday (5 days a week)
(Night Shifts- 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM)
