Requirement

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings:
Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of available properties.
Property Showings:
Coordinate property showings for clients.
Highlight the unique selling points of each property and address client queries effectively.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
