Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Safely park and retrieve guests vehicles in a timely manner.
Keep an organized record of parked vehicles and keys.
Provide accurate information about parking rates and services.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valet parking area. Collaborate with other valet attendants to ensure smooth operations.
Assist guests with directions and information as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Responsible and detail-oriented with a focus on vehicle safety.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
