Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, and preparing ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes under the guidance of kitchen supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Assist in dishwashing, cleaning, and organizing kitchen tools and equipment.
Assist in stocking and organizing inventory, including ingredients and supplies.
Notify supervisors of low stock or any kitchen supplies that need replenishment.
Qualifications:
No specific educational background required; culinary education or training is a plus.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Salary: 2500 Dhs.
