Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring they meet our hygiene standards.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies as needed.
Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and fellow team members.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
