As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and production process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to company standards. Responsibilities:
Perform assembly line tasks, including but not limited to product assembly, inspection, and packaging.
Follow assembly instructions and production guidelines to ensure product quality and consistency.
Operate machinery and equipment as required for the assembly process.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform quality control checks and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing production lines as needed.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in training and development programs as required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in assembly line work or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
