Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times during the play and also during the sanitization break.

• Supervising and involving with the kids in the play area.

• Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities.

• Research and practice new games and activities to be implemented in the play area.

• To work well within the team

• Report any incidents or issues to the Floor In-charge

• To ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and report to the Floor In charge.

• Always be friendly, approachable and provide the highest level of customer service.
