Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. The CSR will interact with customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, chat, and in-person interactions, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and following up as necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance to customers, helping them navigate through online platforms, troubleshoot software or hardware issues, and escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, seeking to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
