We are on the lookout for a talented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team!
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in accounting, preparing financial reports, and managing budgets. They will also possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

The role will involve ensuring efficient and accurate financial record-keeping and analysis of the financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly financial reports and statements

• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts

• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

• Assisting in financial planning, cost-benefit analysis, and asset efficiency

• Assisting in the transition to new accounting software

• Working with auditors to ensure accurate record-keeping

• Working with accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments

• Developing and reporting on financial trends

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

• Familiarity working with financial software systems

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Academic or practical experience with payroll

• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Aptitude for numbers and data analysis
