As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about the company and services to clients and potential patients.
Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take messages when necessary.
Follow up with patients and potential customers as needed to ensure their needs are met.
Manage and maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Follow up with clients after a sale or service to ensure satisfaction and seek feedback.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for other team members.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Call Centre Receptionist or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of the medical field
