Handling warehouse lifting tools
Maintain quality and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, work area, tools, and equipment
Supervise the drivers
Coordinating deliveries (delivery notes, handling mate1’ial, etc) of equipment and people
Communicating effectively with different people and be able to arrange deliveries or collections in an efficient way.
Coordinating the delivery and collection of important/ critical documents (from and to clients, suppliers, banks or other institutions) like invoices, signed contracts and other important/critical documents.
Be based in Dubai but be flexible to cover the entire UAE if needed
Work efficiently with attention to details
Have a background about warehouse management technique, scheduling inventory counts and reconciliation, using visual cue to help organizing the movement of the materials
Works according to standard instructions and established procedures
Supervise the handling of forklift and equipment storage in the warehouse
Works independently and take the lead to proactively solve problems
Perform other support tasks as needed.
