Telesales Representative

Job Description
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about properties or new projects
Answer questions about properties, new projects, or company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and convert general leads into opportunities
Direct potential leads to the sales agents’ team
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for customer profiling
Working towards converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements and skills
Proven experience in a telesales or other sales/customer service role
Understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to learn about new projects and describe/explain them to prospects
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of MS Office and telephone systems
Excellent knowledge of English, and Arabic is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
Fluent in English.
