Al Qadar International is currently recruiting for a professional ELV Project Manager with extensive regional experience in IP CCTV, Access Control and SMATV. Applicants should be engineering graduates with a relevant project management certification and at least 5 years experience of overseeing multiple, high value, projects simultaneously.The Project Manager will be required to develop the project plan, manage both the projects teams and stakeholders whilst addressing risk, scheduling, budgetary issues and conflicts. He will be required to prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors, and obtain all necessary permits and licenses. He will ultimately inspect, review and approve the work undertaken for presentation to client.
