1. To coordinate with for all works related to Production / Loading / Unloading activity
2. To assign work for production /loading / unloading / maintenance,
3. To arrange for collection and hand over samples of each batch of Product / Raw Material / Finished Product to Laboratory
4. To ensure that daily output meet the production target of 5 TPH
5. To ensure that the finished product meets the quality requirement with zero non-compliance
6. To ensure that the safe operation is carried out in production / material handling / loading and unloading / maintenance activity
7. To ensure housekeeping is maintained in the production area as well as in warehouse
8. To ensure preventive and break down maintenance is carried out
9. To ensure safe custody of spares and tools in the store room
10. To ensure that the calibration of batch tank is carried out on weekly basis
11. To monitor / operate the PLC for batch operation
12. To report any abnormality in the equipment or by any individual and take corrective action to bring to normal condition
13. To raise material requirements for maintenance / production well in advance such that the same can be procured in time
14. To report any activity by any individual which can let down of production rate and recommend disciplinary action
15. To ensure that the production process / maintenance process / loading and unloading activity is carried out as per ISO procedure and work instruction
