Logistics Sales Executive

We require a sales man for our Logistics company based in Dubai.

Job responsibilities will be as below.

The description for sales man as per below:
1.Generating leads.
2.Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
3.Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
4.Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
5.Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
6.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
7.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
8.Understanding and promoting company programs.
9.Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
10.Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
11.Maintaining client records.
12.Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
13.Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
14.Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
15.Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
16.Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
17.Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Salesperson Requirements:
1.A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.
2.Excellent communication skills.
3.Flexible work hours.
4.Basic mathematic skills.
5.Prior experience in retail.
6.Excellent customer service skills.
7.Motivation to work through busy shifts.
8.UAE DRIVING LICENSE
9.ONLY FROM LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
10.Minimum 5 years’ experience in cargo sales.
11.IMMEDIATELY JOINING
12.Salary + Commission will be discussed during interview.
