Job description for Florist

Responsibilities:
•Conceptualize and design flower arrangements as per branding requirements.
•Provides quality assurance of all flower arrangements/products before delivery to customers.
•Ensures that weekly arrangements are made/deliver on time as per requested design.
•Adheres to the company systems & procedures in the discharge of functions and/or responsibility.
•Accomplishes the Florist Daily Report.
•Assists and estimates corporate and personal needs of clients for flower/plant arrangements and landscaping requirements.
•Handles the wedding arrangement for the stage and sees to it that all works are on time and in conformity with the agreed design.
•Handles and arrange the window display of all outlets.
•Assists the requirements of other shops (as the need arises) for special arrangements.
•Provides the Managing Director regular reports regarding any difficulties encountered and recommend alternative solutions thereon.
•Initiated marketing strategies to invite new customers to add to company’s existing customer database.
•Must always come up with new ideas and creations in terms of bouquet and arrangements.
•Adheres strictly to company rules and policies at all times.
•Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
