Responsibilities include;
• Able to review, upload adverts at various property portals
• Ensure all the enquiries are professionally dealt
• Send proposals of the properties
• Plan and schedule viewings for prospective clients
• Follow ups and close deals
• Able to understand and prepare Tenancy contracts and Ejaris
Key skills;
• A clear understanding of the industry
• Good People’s skill, Negotiation and communications skills a must
• Develop an understanding of how to build and maintain client, landlords and customer relationships
• Target Oriented
• Able to plan and manage own workload
• Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
• Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
