• Manage the Accounting & Reporting function of the Company

• Adherence to compliance to ensure smooth finalization of books, and statutory reporting
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance all tax related matters
• Manage the annual statutory audit process including preparation of statutory accounts
• Deliver complete and accurate financial statements
• Support the GM in financial analysis for preparing proposals, business plans etc. for new bids
• Develop a deep business awareness and design the reporting system to support the management in decision making
• Ensure regular & accurate reporting to the group corporate team
• Assist the corporate finance team in managing the treasury and cash flows for the business
• Review and manage the payables and receivables
• Support the group corporate team on any financial reporting related matters from time to time.
