 We are URGENTLY looking for Team Player Candidates to fill the following positions. In order to apply, you must meet the following criteria: TEAM LEADER – TELEMARKETING CALL CENTER
• Ability to prepare and develop business initiatives for Call Center
• Effectively coach and lead the outbound team.
• Effectively monitor and support the outbound team to achieve the target metrics set by the marketing team.
• Ability to handle objections and fix customers issues or direct them to the concerned department(s).
• Monitor and Update the day-to-day department’s activities.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Skills: Marketing and Sales Experience, Call Center professional
• 5 years of call center experience, 2 years as a Team Leader
• Language: Proficient in Arabic and English Language
