IT Assistant
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Maintain computer maintenance and computer network systems of the Company such as LAN, E-mail, Internet and related equipment
• Advanced in handling the Etisalat / du network providers
• Monitoring the continuous operation and health of the office IT environment
• Maintaining IT environment documentation, like the IT Asset Register and laptop pool; identifying, suggesting and implementing IT improvements
• Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Support end-users through phone, remotely and directly
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Experience:
• IT: 2 years (Preferred)
