Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Must have a valid Driving License
Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in parking management, construction or a related technology-based industry.
2-5+ years Management/Leadership Experience
Skills:

Must be able to effectively plan, set priorities and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong and effective communications skills: verbal and written required
Computer Skills: MS Office skills
Ability to work well in an fast paced, team driven, demanding environment
Ability to communicate effectively with the members of your team, guests, and other members of management.
Have an in-depth Knowledge of the parking industry preferred.

Primary functions:

Manage, direct and operate the car parking operations.

Oversee Zone car park valet parking operations in UAE.
Understanding the client’s service standards and effectively integrating Zone’s standards to complement them
Understanding what objectives are important to the client and ensuring the entire team is focused on exceeding expectations.
Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between Zone and the client.
Capitalizing on opportunities to grow Zone’s business by building client loyalty and creating clients who are the promoters of the company.
Understanding and following safety and security procedures, and practicing preventative safety procedures as set forth by the Client and/ or Zone.
Attend operational, event, sales and budgeting meetings, analyzing the clients forecast to ensure appropriate levels of coverage.
Perform daily management and administrative functions.
Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between Zone and the client.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the Zone standard of service.
Manage parking operations revenue and expense budget.
Communicate with Zone’s accounting, HR and Administration teams by providing payroll information, financial and operational reports that are necessary to complete deliverables outlined in the contract between Zone and the client.
Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the location’s operation.
Aid in the business development, proposal, presentation, and transition procedures for new business and locations.
Handle all Client related concerns, claims and property issues
Be the direct liaison between the company and the client
Recruit, hire, train and supervise the staff to run an efficient operation.

Actively engage in the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected for the location and fostering an environment that retains talented associates.
Recognizing where the team and individual performers need to improve and properly train and coach them.
Delegating by allocating decision making and other responsibilities appropriately and effectively.
