Our project experience encompasses electrical, mechanical and instrumentation works for power and desalination plants, airports, aluminum smelters, paper mills, water transmission systems and pumping stations, petroleum products tank terminals, refineries and high voltage substations. To meet the present requirements, applications are invited from candidates having similar experience in GCC countries in our line of business for the following position:
CONTRACTS MANAGER - HEAD OFFICE - UAE (Job Ref. DUCM)
• Responsible for the company’s contract management systems, ensuring compliance of the clients’ / consultants’ / contractors’ and subcontractors’ requirements.
• Should have thorough knowledge of and work experience in claims management, standard construction contracts, construction processes and procedures, construction law, arbitration, mediation and litigation. Experienced in working with international contracts and exposure to FIDIC conditions.
• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical / Mechanical), with minimum 20 years of experience, out of which 5 years in the GCC region.
