She should have knowledge of meeting and greeting to the guests at the time of their arrival. Handling the guest complaints and guiding the same to respective departments along with follow-up for the output. Follow-up with the concerned departments for arranging required facilities for VIP and VVIP guests and check the apartments before their arrival. Personal facilitation during the check-in of VIP and VVIP guests and escort them to their respective apartments. Speak with the guests to take their feedback during their stay and send the same to concerned departments to take necessary actions. Inform the guests about the facilities available at hotel apartment and should be able to provide information of hotel surroundings. Update logbooks on day-to-day basis and inform Front Office Manager about the discrepancies, if any. Arabic/Russian/European female candidates with hotel background and knowledge of opera will be given preference first.
