Settle all guest checks in the computer system and maintain accountability for all financial transactions. Maintain complete knowledge of point-of-sale and manual systems and procedures. Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy and security of contracted monies. Answer outlet telephone using correct salutations and telephone etiquette. Handle guest complaints with follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Ability to remain stationary at assigned post for extended periods of time. Ability to compute mathematical calculations. Ability to input and access information into the point-of-sale system. Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up. Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly in a noisy environment with high pedestrian traffic.
