Competent user of Primavera, Auto CAD as well as Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
 
Good verbal and written English.
Good understanding of Rules and regulation.
Pro-active attitude and ability to establish multidisciplinary relations.
Co-ordinate, perform and control the activities of the planning function in accordance with Project and Company procedures.
 
Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of Contractors scheduling and planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within assigned duration.
 
Prepare, analyze, evaluate, process and present planning-related information      and documentation in the process of contract design and follow-up.
 
Prepares and submits master program of the project in consultation with Project Manager
 
Prepares and submits Planning Data’s to be incorporated to the submittal of Project Progress Report (weekly/ monthly) in coordination with Project Manager and Site Quantity Surveyor and submit same to the Consultant / Client for Approval.
 
Submits planning report such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project, preparation of material procurement report in accordance with approved program.
 
Coordinate with Project Manager the effective implementation and monitoring of Look-Ahead-Schedule including the project actual accomplishments.
 
Reports to the Project Manager the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provides corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.
Education: B.E in(Mechanical Engineer Or Civil Engineer Experience: 2 to years in Construction and Offshore. Looking for Good Communication
