Bachelor in Civil Engineering or any related course. With construction-type Engineering and Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience is required. Knowledge of construction engineering technology codes, standards, etc. Experience in project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines is required.
