The company wishes to hire a Sales Director to oversee the Cardiovascular portfolio, responsible for all existing product lines and being responsible for introducing new lines to both existing and new clients.
A successful individual will be experienced within sales and will be expected to achieve strong growth figures in a short space of time. While successfully managing these aspects the Sales Director will also support the Sales Managers based the Middle East, North Africa and also Turkey, the individual should have strong management capabilities and be able to show this through past experiences. A candidate should have a track record of achieving Sales targets, have the ability to implement sales and marketing strategy, be able to manage a team of direct reports/ sales reps and have an innate understanding of customer and market dynamics to drive the business forward. The candidate will be expected to hold responsibility for all the sales rep’s, continuously evaluate the market, use data to manage change and adapt to the market. The company are growing well year on year in this geography and the Sales Manager should be able to cope with a high chance of increased responsibility. A Medical Device background focused within Surgical market is preferable however other related market sectors will be considered. The individual should speak fluent Arabic and English.
