REQUIRED EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
In the age group 25-30 years meeting following criteria required for a Major Industrial/Trading Group operating in the UAE for over 4 decades:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity with exposure to administrative; HR; commercial matters and with capacity to deal with employees at different levels.
2. Graduate or similar education with in depth knowledge of IT and knowledge of interpreting basic financial statements.
3. Capability to handle effectively communication at the various levels with reasonably good written and spoken command over English language.
4. Efficient; precise; quick learning and capability to work under pressure and in time bound manner.
5. Valid UAE or transferable driving licence.
6. Compiling data from various divisions of the group and analyzing them.
7. Organizing sectional meetings and taking follow up actions for various issues.
