QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in similar position
• Preferably: Age of 35 and above
• Exceptional organizational skills required to lead the organization in better direction
• Strong communication skills to communicate with company stakeholders
• Good motivational skills for self-motivation and staff motivation
• Strong Decision making ability in Ad hoc situations
• Well versed in Import and export transactions
• Proven knowledge about process redesign and improvements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates activities that effect operational decisions and business requirements
• Responsible for the planning of daily operations
• Manage the growth and success of team
• Communicate with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
• Plans, schedule, reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on cost effective basis.
• Manages the stock control and check inventory records are correct
• Ensures that delivery team has enough time to deliver products based on the client requirements
• Create a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines
• Oversee daily operations of the business to ensure goals are achieved
• Handles general administration and business planning
• Responsible for project management, prepares business plans and compare with company performance
• Encourage staff members to perform beyond expectation.
