Responsibilities:
– Support management by providing sales data, account analyses
– Prepares monthly statements
– Manage petty cash transactions
– Reconciliation of Bank / Debtors / Creditors / Inventory
– Posting of daily sales, purchase invoices
– Responsible for payment follow ups, payment collection and bank transactions
– Check if the items are in stock if not place orders
– Receive weekly shipments
– Call customers daily for requirements and provide quotes in a timely fashion
– Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
– Assist with day to day accounting activities
