IT Specialist - Freelancer

Job Summary

Responsible for a specific computer network, database, or systems administration. Able to install, configure, service, repair and maintain information technology systems in both a stand-alone and client-server environment. The successful 6 months’ probation period could turn in to a full-time position with a labor card and Medical insurance issuance.

Responsibilities

Manage and implement a mobile facility management program for the company.
Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments of their IT requirements and get quotations.
Administer network including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, create emails on g suite platforms establish cost-effective solutions for software and function modules.
IVR set up and implementation.
Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software such as Excel and MS project.
Compile and merge all company contacts into platforms used for social advertisements
Work on cleaning up all company online presence.
Deliver any punctual IT tasks required by the company.
Implementing company protections systems for all customer data.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
Protecting company data as systems are being implemented.
Communicating complex concepts to a general audience.
Troubleshooting common IT problems.
Ability to use programming procedures and techniques in the implementation of computer programs and software.
Ability to adapt, integrate, and modify existing programs or vendor-supplied packaged programs for use with existing information systems.
Ability to deliver projects and programs as per set time limits.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of hardware technology and concepts.
Extremely high knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, MS PROJECT, ONLINE SOFTWARES of all kinds.
