Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Description

? Join us and help grow our business. In this role, you will work directly with prospects and customers to book produce orders, provide customer service, establish beneficial relationships, and meet sales quotas

? Manage current customer base through frequent communications and excellent service

? Target prospects and conduct cold calls in order to continuously grow the customer base

? Making Invoice against LPO’s raised by customer

? Making receipt against sales collection

? Making acknowledgment for customer on delivery

? Identify and leverage various opportunities for business development

? Attend various sales meetings and customer appointments on day to day basis and keep getting orders to achieve daily sales target

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships

? Experience in negotiating and solving complex problems

? Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and challenging goals

? Computer literate with excellent phone manners

? Update and submit daily sales report

? Meet daily/weekly/Monthly target

? To have cordial relationship with production team and give necessary feed back form the market for any improvement

?Constantly induct new customers periodically to meet the production volume

? Have knowledge in Merchandising in Supermarkets and aware of stocks

? Have Experience in dealing with HORECA, Retail and Whole sale customers, (especially with Fresh Produce – Preferable)

? Keeping all records/Invoices/LPO’s related to Sales

? Have basic knowledge and keep updated and inform the reporting authority about any Product labeling/Food control/safety regulations brought by Government from time to time

? Shall be reporting to the Project Manager.
