FINANCE OFFICER ( BUDGET ) – Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Finance – With at least 5 years’ relevant experience in budgeting – Adept in using Oracle system – Working experience with one of the ministries or government entities – Excellent command of English and Arabic 2.
