A leading IT Hardware and Solutions company is looking for an experienced IT Purchasing Executive for its Dubai operations. Below mentioned are the responsibilities of the candidate:
- Responsible for the purchase of products and services in the organization.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing falls
- Look for interested suppliers and negotiate the best deal for the company
- Develop good relations with suppliers
- Track purchases from order placement, arrival, and delivery to the client.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Compare prices and expected delivery dates proposed by suppliers
- Compile records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries, and inventories.
- Handling Invoices and making POs.
- Reviews quantity and quality of items purchased and Inspects Items received for damage and/or defects.
- Processes purchase orders as directed by the Sales Team or Sales Director.
