In Dubai, Code Eight Caps (Instagram:- @code8_dubai) is one of the largest and leading retail as well as online companies with more than 21.6k followers on Instagram and bulk orders pouring in daily. Due to our growing demands, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department.
Qualified candidates must be team players and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Assist Digital Marketing Manager with all digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database email, social media, and display advertising.
2. Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
3. Propose new systems to generate leads, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
4. Maintain and build social media presence across all digital channels.
5. Drive online traffic to the company website.
6. Maintain and execute internal EDM (email marketing)
7. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends to generate new ideas, opportunities and technologies to improve overall brand performance
8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
9. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
10.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
11. Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Requirements:-
1. Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing within the Dubai zone.
3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for Email design
4. Ability to create short videos for social media (Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects etc.)
5. Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
6. 1 – 3 years of working experience
7. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
