Qualifications:
* Must have a Bachelor Degree
* Must have minimum 5 years UAE Experience
* Person must conversant with Microsoft Office
Skills:
* Must have ACONEX experience
* Has idea of compiling Material submittal
* Has construction experience and technical knowledge
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and monitor all documents of the project to ensure strict adherence to the company’s ISO procedures;
2. Process documents received from client, consultant, sub-contractors and other parties.
3. Maintain project filing system in accordance with the company’s project quality plan;
4. Maintain contract drawings database, submittals database and correspondence database (incoming & outgoing);
5. Maintain archives for tender drawing, contract drawing, specifications and other project documents;
6. Ensure all technical data and revisions are distributed via transmittals;
7. Maintain updated record on all controlled & uncontrolled documents;
8. Prepare correspondence on submission of documents; technical, commercial or registrations;
9. Liaise with SPE & SE related to any technical requirements;
10. Liaise with Client/ Consultant where required;
11. Review and comment on Contractual elements of the project where required.
