Responsible for the development of clear and compelling marketing plans supported by a strong business case, and strategic marketing programs to support successful sales and key company lines of business.
Works with Sales Directors, Managing Director, President, and Business Operations Director to develop pricing strategies, balance company objectives and client satisfaction, identify the right product/service mix, and what needs to be communicated to target customers to ensure successful sales.
Proactively and effectively positions, reinforces, and differentiates E & E brand, values, culture, and services from its competitors.
Initiates market research studies and analyzes findings to discover which market segments would procure E&E’s services, and how to best present those services to the
selected target market.
Understands and anticipates external trends and a broad range of changes in the political, economic, sociological, technological, and regulatory environment, and accurately evaluates their impact on E & E vision, brand, and organizational business drivers.
Possesses a sound understanding of competitor strategies and operations, their strengths and weaknesses, and market intelligence, and uses these to inform strategies
