Job Description for Quantity Surveyor
Must be exposed to Claims Submission & Management
Preparing and reviewing contract documents (Tender Document)
Identify and value variations
Hands-on in contract administration and contract management
Hands-on in preparation, claims assessment, defence and management
Hands-on in various Quantity Surveying related duties as directed

Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
Bachelor of Science Major in Quantity Surveying
RICS,HKIS or similar professional qualification is preferred.
Experience with a main contractor is an advantage
Previous claims / dispute resolution experience is as advance
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is essential. Arabic is a plus but not required.
Competent I.T skills.
